Almost a year ago I wrote a letter introducing my family to landlords because we thought we were going to be moving.  We had tried to work with a broker to rent-to-own our house so we could move.  It didn't work out, and we didn't pursue other options because I was in the last trimester of pregnancy and school was soon to start for my stepsons.

The need and desire to move didn't change.  We need to move because Shawn teaches at Front Range Community College in Longmont.  The commute from Aurora to Longmont has got to end.  We want to move into a bigger house now that our family has expanded.  We want to move closer to Shawn's family.

Our house is officially on the market, and we're not going to accept, "it didn't work out" this time!

Our boys have already started looking for our future home with their grandpa as they're as excited about a new school, new friends, new neighborhood and being closer to family as we are.  They know we need to sell our house before Dad and I even start to look at new homes.

Go on a tour of our home with our boys.  Hear from them why our home is perfect for you and your family, or for the family you know that is searching for a new home.

How can you say no to these salesmen?
